Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy periods. Whilst we do our best to ensure prompt dispatch, Miss Nakra London cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

As a small independent online boutique, we carefully price our collections to offer our customers the best possible value. We kindly ask that you read all product descriptions, sizing information and view product images carefully before placing your order.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email before returning anything. Every request will be reviewed individually, and we will advise you of the appropriate next steps based on the circumstances and your rights under applicable consumer law.

Please do not return any items without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns may delay the process.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing MissNakraLondon@gmail.com.

As many of our garments are produced in limited quantities and feature unique prints, slight variations in print placement or finishing may occur, making each piece individual.
